SabShape currently ships to the U.S.A, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. We are actively working to expand our shipping options worldwide so you can enjoy the comfort and style of SabShape wherever you are.

Estimated delivery times include processing and transit time. Business days do not include weekends or U.S. holidays. For certain extended delivery zip codes, orders may arrive outside the estimated timeframe.

Order Adjustments or Cancellations: Please note that once your order is confirmed, you have 30min to cancel it or make changes. After those 30mins are elapsed, order can't be canceled. We recommend verifying all details prior to finalizing your purchase. Our processing time spans 2-4 business days before your order is shipped. Following dispatch, a tracking link will be emailed to you for monitoring delivery progress. Please be aware that delivery estimates are approximate and may vary due to location specifics or unexpected delays.

If your package arrives damaged due to shipping, please notify us by emailing sabshapp@gmail.com within 5 business days. Include photographs and a video of the damage to aid in our prompt resolution of the matter.
